Separate facilities exist for babies and toddlers allowing their individual needs and developmental stages to be met.



Our partnership with parents encourages discussion regarding individual wishes and personal preferences for the care and education of your child and their progression through the baby and toddler departments.



Children are cared for in small groups ensuring a high level of individual attention being consistently maintained. Your child’s day will involve structured planned activities complemented by spontaneous play allowing freedom to explore and grow individually.



Babies and toddlers are introduced to the Birth to Three Matters Framework which aids their physical, intellectual and social development. Parent/carers are able to view their child’s personal profiles and provide input into the recording of their development.

 
Sleep time is always a relaxed and comfortable experience with calming music and subdued lighting allowing your child to rest under the constant monitoring of our staff. All children are provided with personal cot sheets and blankets and any comforts required are made available.



Meal times are made social by children eating together and communicating with each other and staff. Meal times are never rushed, rather valued for their social, sensory and educational experience.



For continuity of care your child can be accompanied home with written parental information regarding sleep, feed and changing patterns and staff are available to discuss the play and educational activities they have taken part in.
